Hi All, does anyone know of a yeast S.c. strain that has intergrated Gal4 sites driving URA3 expression? and possibly auxotrophic for his, trp and leu? It just seems to me that I have never seen such a strain published. Thanks for any help, Dan Harkness Boston University harkness at bio.bu.edu
