two hybrid yeast strains flocculating

Has anyone experienced problems with the yeast strains Y187 and CG1945 
flocculating?  We seem to have an intermittent problem with both these 
strains.  Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing 
this and if we can do anything to prevent it?  It has happened in YPDA, 
and dropout media.
