oh yeah ! This is a common phenomenon. Just vortex it for 60sec and
innoculate for large cultures (assuming that you are growing them on shaker
incubator at 225RPM). There should be no side effect on your culture or for
further steps. Even clonetech manual points to this aggregation phenomenon.
So there is no need to worry.
