This is my last resort - I am looking for Bacto yeast nitrogen base without vitamins. Unfortunately, Difco has stopped making it - I need it for one experiment! Any advice, other than to get into the lab and start weighing all those chemicals, would be appreciated. Thanks, Maggie WW.
