I am about to embark on an experiment that requires HUNDREDS of 5ml
cultures. does anyone have any ideas that will make this less tedious and
also reduce the chances of contamination.

At the moment the plan is to autoclave 1 litre batches of liquid YEPD then
transferring them into sterilin tubes using a finnpipette repeater
pipetter, this has a volume of 50 mls and aliquots 5mls at a time. If
anyone knows of something that would allow me to dispense straight from the
litre bottle I would be very grateful

Regards

Aidan
