Genomic library fused to HIS3?

We are looking for targets of a transcriptional regulator and therefore
would like to know if anyone knows of a yeast (S.cerevisiae) genomic
library fused to HIS3 or another marker that would permit positive
selection.

Any help or pointers would be appreciated.
