Dear All,

I have been working with S.pombe for a while,using a number of
transformation methods and usually do electroporation.I have started
working with cerevisiae and have tried the same conditions (1700v,
200ohms, 25uF) on cells resuspended in 1M sorbitol using 2mm
electroporation cuvettes. It has not been as successful as for pombe
and was wondering if anyone has a quick method for cerevisiae
electroporation.

Kindest regards

Nick
