Hi,
I wanted to know if it is technically possible to immunoprecipitate
intact chromosomes without fragmenting them? I have tried carrying
out ChIP's (chromatin IP) without fragmenting the chromosomes but it
doesn't seem to work. Even the negative control (beads only) ppts the
DNA!! I would really appreciate if anyone has any advice or
suggestions.
Thanks,
Shwetal
