yeast plasimd prep

Now I extract plasmid from yeast Y190 but I do not get ay plasmid but I
get only genomic. I do not know why. So I use the Glass bead method.
Any can help me please. because I must use these plasmid for transfrom
to E.coli please HELP me too.
