Hi everyone, I have a question about fungi inoculum for liquid medium. In general,an inoculum is produced by sterile homogenizing.However,in our lab there is NOT a homogeneous apparatus.So I want to know if there is other option,for example, spore inoculation,and where can I find the sampled articles? any suggestion is highly appreciated!
