[Yeast] get of ura3 mutant

I tried to get an ura3 mutant of a yeast by EMS or MNNG mutagenesis and 5-FOA
selection. But I could not get it. So I would like to get it by other
method. Could you tell me other methods that create ura3 mutant of yeast.
