Hi, I am looking for a strain of S. cerevisae that would have all of its 10 Pcl (Pho85 cyclins: Pcl1, Pcl2, Pcl5, Pho80, Pcl6, Pcl7, Pcl8, Pcl9, Pcl10, Clg1) genes deleted. Thanks for any indication on where I could find one. Christian Landry clandry from post.harvard.edu
