Further to Charles Plessy's reply, if you don't want to download the 
entire assembly, you could repeat your blast search using the 
Sanger Centre webserver at 
http://www.ensembl.org/Danio_rerio/blastview The results you get 
will contain a link to the sequence of the clone in the Sanger 
Centre database.
