i have been trying to do some invitro maturation using 0.49-0.58mm oocytes. i am using leibovitz medium. i've incubated the oocytes for 6 hours in hCG and thence with DHP for 10 hours. i am following a journal, but i can't get any positive results. anyone out there who can help? thanks.
