[Zbrafish] purchased hanks for squeezing?

Has anyone used Gibco's Hanks in an invitro fertilization protocol?

I'm noticing that Gibco's formula includes glucose (to up the
osmolarity?), where as the Zebrafish book recipe does not use glucose.
Will this affect the viability of the sperm?

I need to do a squeeze, and don't have the stock solution components
on hand to make hanks, but instead have the Gibco premade 10x hanks (-
bicarb, - phenol red).

Any advice?
