[Zbrafish] Egg water vs. embryo medium

Hi,

I got a little confused with these two types of media (from Zebrafish
Book). Which one should I use for embryos at 5-8 dpf? Recently I tried
to treat embryos at these stages with drugs and found their responses
were very different in the two media. Besides, the survival rates were
also different between the two. I'm guessing one of them is better for
the embryos' health than the other? Any help on this would be
appreciated. Thanks.
