[Zbrafish] Lysozyme Extraction from the skin mucous

Hi,

I’m currently studying the effect of contaminants on the skin of
Zebrafish. I'm trying to measure the levels of Lysozyme  through the
skin mucous. I tried  placing 10ml of 50mM NaCl in a Ziplock bag and
shaking it with the fish anaesthetized inside, but after centrifuging
at 1500xg 10min 4degrees coulden't see the supernatant (fish number
used were 6). So any ideas?
