[Zbrafish] cryosections and staining

Hi all!  I'm an undergrad at Rhode Island College and was wondering if
anyone has any protocols/helpful advice on performing
immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization on zebrafish
cryosections?  We have divided whole adult fish into head/heart, body,
and end/tail sections and frozen them in tissue freezing medium.  We
hope to locate a specific cytoplasmic protein. Thanks!
