[Zbrafish] Preparation of enzymes for oxidative stress assays

I'm trying to run multiple oxidative stress assays for enzymes such as
catalase, peroxidase, etc.  I am not very familiar with such
procedures and was wondering if anyone could provide me with a
detailed protocol to prepare the enzymes from embryos to produce
quality enzyme extract.
