[Zbrafish] embryo nuclear extract

Hi everyone
I'm new in the zebrafish field and I'm trying to find a protocol to  
make nuclear extracts from zebrafish embryos. I was thinking of using  
the low salt/high salt extraction method, but was wondering if any of  
you had a protocol working nicely!
