[Zbrafish] Egg disinfection procedure

Hi Rajesh,
We have a recently updated our egg bleaching protocol which can be  
found on our website, http://zebrafish.org/zirc/documents/ 
protocols.php#Egg%20Bleaching.  We have added a 1 minute pronase dip  
to the protocol which has increased our hatching rate to nearly 100%.

If you have any questions about the protocol, please let me know.
