Hi everyone,

I met a problem. When I injected a contructed vector with a RFP
element. After abou 24 hr when the embryos still developed in the
membrane , I fould I could not find any red fluorenscence under the
microscope.  But after about 3 or 4 days when zebrafish come out from
their membrane, I can see strong red fluorencence  under microscope.

Who can tell me why this happened?
