[Zbrafish] Phosvitin / Phosvette Extraction Methods

Hello everyone,

I am looking to quantify the expression phosvitins and phosvettes from
zebrafish embryos. I am wondering if anyone in the community has attempted
this before and if so, which of the many methods in the literature have you
found to work for you?
